Tell us a little about your business.

We help clients buy and sell residential and commercial properties in Lincoln and the surrounding areas as well as industrial, land development, and new construction.

How did you get started in the business?

My long-time good friend, Ben Bleicher, has been in the real estate business for several years and asked me to join his PRG team. I thought it would be a great opportunity to continue my sales experience while trying something new.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced professionally?

Making that decision to switch my career. It was not a decision I took lightly, nor was it an easy one to make. Thinking about how quickly my children are growing up and the opportunity to be able to spend time with them as they continue to get involved in more activities was a big component. Also, I was ready for a new challenge and to push myself in a different field of work.

What has been your most important achievement professionally?

My first home sale. That was a big hurdle get over, but when it happened, it gave me that boost to keep putting more into the business.

Tell us a little about your family.

My fiancé Sara and I have two children, Aidan (7) and Alivia (3). We stay busy with different activities for the kids and enjoy the time we get to spend relaxing at home as a family.

What is your favorite thing to do on a day off?

Have “Dude’s Day” with my son Aidan. We do bowling, golfing, or some other activity together. It’s always a good time. I’m sure Alivia and I will do the same when she gets a bit older.

What is the most unique or interesting thing about you that most people probably don’t know?

I was adopted from South Korea when I was four years old.

If you could choose only one descriptive word to be remembered as, what would it be?

Confident. I feel that no matter what I do in life, I do it to the best of my ability with confidence in myself that I will get the job done well. Whether that be in my work, fatherhood, etc.

If you could have a super power, what would it be?

Flying, so I could get places quickly and never get stuck in traffic.

Which talent would you most like to have?

Juggling. No specific reason why, I just think it would be fun!

What local nonprofit organization(s) are you passionate about or involved with, and are there any special reasons why?

Sara and I donate to Children’s Hospital and the Ronald McDonald Foundation. Our daughter was born with and continues to deal with some health issues, so we know what it feels like to have a child you need to be strong for and support. We want other families to feel supported just as we did and still do while we continue to support our little ones.

What is your favorite movie?

Top Gun.

If you could have dinner with one famous person from the past or present, who would it be?

Kevin Hart or Jim Carrey. At least I know I would laugh through the entire meal!
