Tell us a little about your business.

Goodcents is a frontward facing sandwich shop serving healthy, fresh-sliced deli sandwiches. We make customer service a priority in a fast-paced environment. Goodcents has been in Lincoln 21 years, and I’m proud to say that this month marks my 20th year with the company.

How did you get started in the business?

I stopped in the restaurant with my dad to pick up sandwiches. Goodcents had donated a party tray to the sprint car race team that I was a part of. The owners, Jeff Barclay and Scott Ritter, recruited me to work at the 69th and Pioneers location.
