Star City Heating & Cooling Recognized by RoughRiders as Fundraiser Supporter

Star City Heating & Cooling (starcityair.com) was proud to be a part of this year’s RoughRiders annual fundraiser, which was held on June 24th.

Owner Keith McRoberts was approached by members of RoughRiders, and after hearing about their various community outreach efforts, Star City Heating & Cooling was on board. Mr. McRoberts donated a VIP Maintenance Plan, which was auctioned off at the event, with all proceeds to benefit the organizations supported by RoughRiders. This includes the Down Syndrome Association for Families, Make A Wish Foundation, Charlie M. Wilson House, Food Bank of Lincoln, Kiwanis Backpack Program, Shrine Transportation Fund, Catholic Social Services, Dave Dillon Memorial Fund, Tribesmen Help Fund, RoughRiders Rough Start Award Fund, and more. The objectives of RoughRiders are to promote and encourage brotherhood in the biker community, promote safe motorcycle riding, and support those in need in our community. You can find out more at www.roughridersne.org or on the RoughRiders Facebook page.

To show their appreciation, a few of the members rode to the shop to present the Star City Heating & Cooling team with a plaque.
