Habitat ReStore Celebrates Grand Opening of New Location with Ribbon Cutting
Habitat ReStore (www.LincolnHabitatReStore.org), the discount home improvement store of Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln, marked the grand opening of their new location with an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony on May 3. Then, on May 7, they officially opened their doors to the public!
Now located at 5601 S 59th St (the northeast corner of 56th and Highway 2), Habitat ReStore’s new location is four times larger than its previous location, allowing the organization to offer even more items for the home improvement enthusiast.
Habitat ReStore is a home improvement thrift store selling new and used furniture, appliances, and building materials at a significant discount. Items are donated by individuals and businesses and then resold to the public. All proceeds go to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln, helping build homes for families in need of safe, affordable housing.
