In late June, McGill Law (www.McGillLawyers.com) and McGill Mediation (www.McGillMediation.com) held a ribbon cutting ceremony on June 30 with the Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce to celebrate the opening of their new location in Bellevue. This office is their third location, and McGill Law and McGill Mediation are now serving three Nebraska cities – Omaha, Lincoln, and Bellevue – as well as the surrounding communities, including Iowa. Although the new location will meet and serve McGill Law clients, this office will act as the main location of McGill Mediation.
McGill Mediation assists families and individuals that are in conflict over a divorce, will, trust, guardianship, or conservatorship, providing a peaceful path to resolution through mediation and collaboration, preserving the family relationship.
McGill Law was created in 2011 by Jodie Haferbier McGill to serve families in a much bigger way than only focusing on their legal issues. McGill Law’s focus is on their clients’ well-being and their family’s future successes. McGill Law concentrates on respectful, empowered divorces and adoptions. Jodie later founded McGill Mediation in order to expand the use of mediation to problem solve in Nebraska.
