We’re saying goodbye to June and heading into the heart of summertime. With the heat rising and vacations rolling, we’re settling into the new season nicely. Last month for our networking event, we took a break from Friends4Drinks and had an amazing time at Friends4Lunch. We got together at one of our favorites, Vic’s Pizza (pizzavics.com), and crowded the buffet for some fresh slices. Some of us ordered off the menu and discovered the Magik Sauce wings – they are truly made with magic because we were obsessed! You can’t go wrong with one of Lincoln’s best pizza spots. Thank you so much to everyone who joined us.
We’re flipping the script on July and ONLY hosting Friends4Drinks this month! Don’t worry, we’ll be back in full swing in August. We’re going to treat ourselves with drinks at Mi Tierra Family Mexican Restaurant’s (mitierralincoln.com) northeast location at 8320 Northwoods Dr. on Friday, July 14 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. I think we’re all looking forward to the Blue Margarita on their Friday Happy Hour Menu or their amazing Sangritarita – a perfect combo of summer drinks!
