Nate Duden is a project manager with Krueger. He is managing the building process of The Lofts at 29th.

“We’re working with a pretty small footprint for this new development, but we’re making the best use of the space as possible,” said Nate. “As always, we’re working hard to stay on schedule with our contractors so that we will be ready to start welcoming residents next year. Having two separate buildings in this development allows us to prioritize the final details in one for an earlier open date, and then finish up the other in a timely manner as well.”
