The drive-up storage units have ceiling insulation to minimize the extreme heat and cold from the metal roof panels. Superior has also recently added a vapor barrier under the concrete floor to greatly reduce humidity from the ground. The garage doors are seven feet tall, and all units are clean and pest free.

This is a drive-in climate controlled storage option for your boat, RV, or collectable autos. The overhead doors are 14-feet tall. They have insulated the ceiling with R-40 and the walls with R-30, and even insulated under the concrete floor with R-10 rigid structural foam to eliminate humidity from dirt below the floor. Superior Street Storage maintains the optimal humidity for preserving your toys and investments. Don’t like to back in your trailer? No problem – they have the compact equipment to do this for you. Superior Street Storage uses a specialized electric dolly to carefully move your boats or RV trailer. The units also come with outlets for trickle chargers.
