Tabitha Nursing & Rehabilitation Center—a Five-Star living community rated by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid—is a 215-bed facility providing rehabilitation, long-term care, memory and hospice care. Additionally, Ferguson oversees the administrative functions for Tabitha’s four Green House® homes for long-term care and the newly-opened Journey House for Hospice & Palliative Care. The Journey House is the first of its kind in Nebraska, providing hospice and palliative care in a skilled nursing setting.
