ALLO (allofiber.com) announced in November of 2022 its agreement to acquire Avid Communications, a Kansas City, MO company offering business cyber security services and Team’s voice services.
Founded in 2005, Avid is one of the Midwest’s providers of network security, managed Wi-Fi, and Cloud migration for businesses. ALLO is extremely excited to start offering these additional services to existing and new customers. They have helped thousands of businesses with network security and expanded to Des Moines, IA, in 2020 to bring their much-needed cloud-based services to the community.
Avid will become part of ALLO Business Solutions. The Avid acquisition leverages ALLO’s infrastructure, and excellent customer service with their advanced business services. ALLO’s fiber infrastructure and Avid’s advanced business services create a customer experience to further create and enhance ALLO’s gigabit societies.
