American Marketing Association to Offer $1K Emerging Marketer Scholarship  

The American Marketing Association (AMA, www.amalincoln.org) Lincoln chapter is offering a one-time $1,000 Emerging Marketer Scholarship. The Lincoln AMA Emerging Marketer Scholarship was created in 2016 to reward undergraduate students expressing an interest in a career involving marketing. To be eligible to apply, you must be a full-time student in a 4-year program, pursuing a bachelor’s degree, reside within the Lincoln AMA market—Lincoln, Seward, Crete, Grand Island, Hastings, and Kearney—and have at least a freshman standing and will continue to be enrolled full-time for at least one additional semester prior to graduation. The applicant is not required to be in a specific major or program, but must demonstrate an interest in a career involving marketing. College or university transcripts are required, along with supplemental essay questions explaining how you see marketing playing a role in your career.
