CareerPathway.com, the workforce eco-system platform connecting talent with opportunity, has announced three new strategic partnerships with The Builder Foundation, Lighthouse, and Nebraska FBLA-Collegiate (FBLA-C) to expand digital career exploration, workforce readiness and industry-connected learning opportunities for students and emerging professionals across Nebraska.

Through its collaboration with The Builder Foundation, CareerPathway.com has been designated the Official Career Exploration and Workforce Ecosystem Tool for the organization. The partnership supports construction workforce development initiatives by leveraging CareerPathway.com’s digital ecosystem to connect students, educators, employers, and workforce partners with career exploration resources, industry pathways, and measurable engagement tools.

CareerPathway.com has also entered into a strategic partnership with Lighthouse, becoming the Official Digital Workforce Exploration Partner for Lighthouse’s TIPP (Trades and Industries Pathways Program) cohort. The collaboration will integrate CareerPathway.com’s digital workforce exploration tools into the onboarding experience for participating students, helping them explore career pathways, align skills with workforce opportunities, and build measurable career readiness outcomes.

In partnership with Nebraska FBLA-Collegiate, CareerPathway.com has been named the organization’s Official Digital Career Exploration Partner. The collaboration establishes a statewide framework focused on strengthening pathways from education to career by providing FBLA-Collegiate members with access to CareerPathway.com’s networking, internship, and career exploration platform.

Collectively, these partnerships represent a coordinated effort to align workforce data, employer engagement, student opportunity, and career readiness initiatives into one scalable digital ecosystem.
