Carmela’s Bistro & Wine Bar (carmelasbistroandwinebar.com) is pleased to be one of the top restaurants in Lincoln for their seafood and they hope to be your top spot to eat during Lent this year. Catholic and Christian denominations practice Lent for a 40 day period before the Easter holiday. Those that participate in Lent are urged to not eat any meat except for seafood. Carmela’s is happy to offer delicious items from their menu for these individuals such as crab cakes, lobster bisque, mussels, salmon, seabass, shrimp, and lobster tail.

Bring your partner or loved one to join you on Date Night at Carmela’s. On Monday and Tuesday evenings you both can dine for a total of $50, with a bottle of wine included. The March menu has not yet been determined, but Carmela’s always makes sure to have a seafood and vegetarian option on their menu. Reservations are encouraged!

Carmela’s Bistro & Wine Bar has been in Lincoln’s quaint Pioneers Woods Shopping Center since 2008. It is truly the love child of its owner, Marci Davison. Her vision of a sophisticated-yet-cozy eatery and bar is alive at Carmela’s, and it shines through with a European-inspired elegance combined with the charm of an American bistro. Carmela’s is located at 4141 Pioneer Woods Dr., STE 110. To learn more, visit carmelasbistroandwinebar.com or call (402) 489-0005.
