Delta Restoration Services® (www.DeltaLincolnSENebraska.com), a nationally recognized and award-winning franchise brand that provides restoration services to commercial and residential properties, has opened a new location in Lincoln. The company will serve Lincoln and Southeast Nebraska.

Owned and operated by the Carstens family, Delta Restoration Services will provide a reliable, experienced solution to those who require restoration services, whether it involves flood and water damage, smoke and fire damage, or mold damage and environmental testing.

“Our spring season lasted a long while this year…we didn’t have more than five consecutive days without moisture in four months, so unfortunately, there’s a substantial need in the region for water and mold damage restoration experts” said Jeff Carstens, owner of Delta Restoration Services of Lincoln. “I’m proud to be able to help alleviate stress for residents who experience a loss and assist them in getting back on their feet.”

A true family business, Carstens will operate his Delta Restoration Services franchise alongside his wife Sandy and son Connor. Notably, the Carstens have owned and operated a thriving Chem-Dry® Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning franchise in the region since 1987 and are members of the company’s prestigious Presidents Club, which recognizes the top 10% of Chem-Dry operators nationally. Jeff also owns N-Hance Wood Refinishing of Lincoln.
