Eat Fit Go Commemorates Opening of First Lincoln Location

Eat Fit Go recently hosted a ribbon cutting event in conjunction with the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, concluding the grand opening festivities surrounding the opening of the first location in Lincoln.

Located at 2901 S. 84th Street in a shared space with Scooters Coffeehouse, the new Nebraska-based restaurant concept features an innovative, chef-driven menu incorporating fresh ingredients with all meals prepared from scratch. Customers can opt to dine in the restaurant, stock up for the week, or call ahead for pick-up through the drive-thru. Catering is available for parties between 25-600 people. The aim of Eat Fit Go is to provide those in our community with quick, convenient options to eat healthy without sacrificing the enjoyment of a delicious meal. In addition to its menu offerings, Eat Fit Go offers a 5 day meal plan called The Perfect Week for customers as well as the option to open a house account, which include discounts for those who are committed to healthy eating or reaching a health-related goal.
