First National Bank of Omaha Broadens FFA Support with More than $14K in Donations
First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO, fnbo.com) is continuing its partnership with the Nebraska FFA Foundation by donating $10,000 to sponsor an agriculture education program and an additional $4,250 to local FFA chapters across the state. The donations will serve as an investment in the future of agriculture and help provide positive educational experiences for students enrolled in agricultural education in Nebraska.
Via the donation, FNBO is sponsoring the Nebraska FFA Launch! Program for the fourth year. The funds will support the year-long program that serves as a catalyst in entrepreneurship-based education for Nebraska FFA members and agricultural education students. The additional $4,250 will go to local FFA chapters across Nebraska as part of the bank’s broader efforts to celebrate National Agriculture Week in March. FNBO and its affiliates are among the largest agribusiness lenders in the country.
Created in 1990, the Nebraska FFA Foundation is the fundraising arm of Nebraska FFA.
