When Nathan Lee and his wife Haley took over ownership of Gabel Construction (gabelconcrete.com), he brought with him many years of experience in epoxy flooring, in addition to polishing and sealing of concrete. Nate grew up doing epoxy flooring and also laying other types of products on concrete. His parents owned their own company called Midwest Floor Care and he started working for them when he was 12 years old. Nate eventually took over and renamed the company Epoxy Concrete Sealers. He then went on to partner with his brother, owning a percentage of a company known as Surface Sealers Inc. After 11 years, Nate decided to go out on his own and bought Gabel Construction back in March 2020. Gabel has specialized in concrete pouring along with other services since it began in 1977, but with Nate’s 30-year background, it made sense to add epoxy flooring to the company’s offerings.
