Groundbreaking Held for New Bethany Animal Clinic

Bethany Animal Clinic (bethanyanimalclinic.com) is expanding – and moving this summer! Construction has begun on-site where the new Bethany Animal Clinic will be located, with the official groundbreaking ceremony held on April 13th. Owners Drs. John and Kaz Lionberger were joined by project supervisor Claude Mann to address those in attendance at the event, which marked the beginning of an exciting new era for Bethany Animal Clinic.

Bethany Animal Clinic’s new home will be at 2000 North 112th St (112th and East Holdrege), the same location as Trude’s Dog Motel, which is also owned by the Lionbergers. Terwisscha Construction (TWC) of Wilmer, Minnesota is the general contractor for the project, which is estimated to be completed by August of 2017.

The new 4,332-square-foot facility will include a large surgery suite with two fully-equipped surgery tables and the latest in equipment and technology to perform any type of surgery, including laser surgery for all canine and feline breeds. It will also include four private examination rooms along with separate preparation rooms, dental suites, tech stations, and executive offices. The new clinic will replace the current one located at 2348 N. Cotner, and the formation of a complex with a clinic and boarding facility is ideal for serving the needs of clients and patients in one convenient location.
