Guiderock Commercial Realty Secures Location for Movin’ Up

Cathy Kottwitz of Guiderock Commercial Realty (www.guiderockrealty.com) recently represented Movin’ Up LLC in leasing space 1415 Dahlberg Dr., STE D. Movin’ Up is a new pole fitness studio operated by Sharon Czarnek opening in the spring of 2020. The studio will offer group fitness classes including a variety of basic pole classes as well as yoga, conditioning, and active stretch for pole. Movin’ Up also offers parties for any occasion, incorporating pole and/or chair.

“I first became involved in pole fitness living Washington, D.C. because I got bored quickly with my workouts. I fell in love with pole because it’s fun and challenging. Not only does pole build muscle, balance, and grace, but it builds confidence, self-esteem, and provides a close-knit community. My studio is unique in that it is geared specifically towards beginners and those with no dance background,” Czarnek said.

“With Movin’ Up as a new fitness concept in Lincoln, Sharon is bringing an exciting new element to the market,” Kottwitz said. “I enjoy working with entrepreneurs as they build their vision and grow our community.”
