This fall, Lincoln’s Historic Haymarket (lcoc.com) will become the backdrop for a new community celebration as Haymarket Harvest takes over the district on Saturday, October 24, from 2 to 10 p.m.
Designed as a celebration of fall and the community that makes the Haymarket one of Lincoln’s most recognizable destinations, Haymarket Harvest will bring together local businesses and vendors, dedicated activity areas for children, food and drinks, a pet parade, live music, a beer garden, tasting trail and seasonal experiences throughout the district.
Admission to Haymarket Harvest is free, giving visitors the opportunity to explore the festival, shop local businesses and vendors, and enjoy activities throughout the afternoon and evening.
Families will find dedicated children’s activity areas along with fall activities ranging from a pie-eating contest to gourd carving and other seasonal fun.
The Haymarket Harvest Pet Parade will also invite four-legged festivalgoers to join the celebration, with costumes optional but encouraged.
Local businesses and vendors will be an important part of the festival, offering shopping, food, seasonal treats and more throughout the Historic Haymarket.
Live music and entertainment will be a major part of the festival, with entertainment managed by Kinkaider Brewing Co. and Bertha’s. A beer garden and tasting trail will add to the experience for adult festivalgoers, with entertainment continuing into the evening.
While general admission to Haymarket Harvest is free, passes will be required for the beer garden, tasting trail and concert attendance.
Rather than centering the event in a single venue, Haymarket Harvest is designed to make the Historic Haymarket itself part of the experience.
Visitors can move through the district, browse vendors, visit local businesses, participate in activities, enjoy live music and spend an entire fall afternoon and evening downtown.
Haymarket Harvest will take place Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 2 to 10 p.m. in Lincoln’s Historic Haymarket.
Additional announcements, including participating businesses and vendors, live music, children’s activities, tasting trail details, passes and the complete festival schedule, will be released as the event approaches.
