McGinley began working as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2003 and received her Licensed Practical Nurse certification in 2016 from Southeast Community College – Beatrice. She has seven years of hospice experience and is currently working towards becoming a Registered Nurse through Southeast Community College – Lincoln.
