HRAM Partners with LHRMA to Conduct Biennial Wage/Salary & Benefits Survey
Human Resource Association of the Midlands (HRAM; www.hram.org) is partnering with Lincoln Human Resource Management Association (LHRMA; lincolnhr.org), their local SHRM affiliated chapter, to conduct their biennial Wage/Salary & Benefits Survey of local human resources jobs, with the participation window ending on March 29. By partnering, the organization will be able to reach a broader audience to collect customized and localized data beneficial to all Nebraska companies. The survey provides accurate and customized salary information for the entire spectrum of local HR jobs, ranging from top executive to entry-level positions. The salary information is collected from nearly 100 participating organizations and helps members and companies formulate competitive compensation programs. The more companies participate, the more robust the survey results are. Pre-orders of the results will open up online beginning in April, and will then be published in June 2021 and made available for purchase (survey participants receive a discount).
HRAM offers a sponsorship of the survey to a company each production year. This is an opportunity to receive a full-page ad in the survey and exposure to the HRAM membership through online and event recognition.
The Lincoln Human Resource Management Association helps provide the interchange of ideas, experiences, and methods concerning the relationships between management and employees, and to promote professional ethics and acquaintanceship among those involved in professional human resource management. The organization represents over 350 human-resources professionals in Lincoln and the surrounding areas and is a great place for education and networking.
