Kevin Hestermann, owner of Five Star Carpet & Floor Care, recently returned from an IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) course on natural stone flooring held in Rapid City, South Dakota. This comprehensive two-day seminar covered all aspects of natural stone floor maintenance. Special emphasis was placed on using the latest, most up-to-date technology in equipment, products and procedures to clean and maintain this type of hard surface flooring.
Hestermann has also added hardwood floor maintenance to his wide range of services, which includes cleaning, buffing and re-coating. The customer can choose between a semi-gloss or matte finish.
