On November 28, Koen Japanese BBQ & Sushi (www.koenlincoln.com) hosted its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony conducted by the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce (www.lcoc.com). At the event, Koen featured many of their specialty dishes, including unique sushi rolls and tuna sandwiches, as well as some of the classics like dumplings, edamame, and wontons.
