Leadership Harbor Launches Transformation Tables to Inspire Community Conversations
With a lack of trust, respect, and leadership running rampant in our world today, Leadership Harbor LLC (leadershipharbor.com) is launching Transformation Tables, at no cost, to bring community members together and facilitate honest conversations that draw people together and achieve change. Values-based and outcomes-driven, the discussions aim to develop, inspire, and equip leaders in eight streams of cultural influence for transformational impact—business, government, education, the church, family, media, the arts, and sports. Transformation Tables are a process that John Maxwell has used all over the world to reform leadership and effect change by discovering a common objective; developing a transformation agenda, designing an effective program, and deploying their initiatives.
Leadership Harbor’s launch of Transformation Tables locally parallels the worldwide release of Maxwell’s just-released book, Change Your World. Leadership Harbor is looking for people in the Lincoln area who are interested in joining the conversation to help the community build trust. The process will include a long-term total of 36 sessions, with “tables” beginning in February and March as one-hour online sessions each week for six weeks.
