Legacy Retirement Communities Participates in “Be a Santa to a Senior” Program

Legacy Retirement Communities (legacyretirement.com) partnered with Home Instead by participating in their “Be a Santa to a Senior” program, where employees signed up and donated gifts during the month of November to be gifted for Christmas. Career Counselor and Head of Employee Enrichment Counsel at Legacy Retirement Communities, Michaela Halvorson, coordinated the sign-up of Secret Santas and gift donations.

“We love being a part of such an amazing program that brings joy to members of the aging community in Lincoln during the holiday season,” Michaela shared.

Legacy Retirement Communities donated 50 gifts this year to their residents. This is the eighth year in a row that Legacy Retirement Communities has participated in the “Be a Santa to a Senior” program.
