LIBA’s GenLNK Raises Over $4K for Loaves & Fishes Through Mini-Golf Tournament
The Lincoln Independent Business Association’s (LIBA, @LIBAGenLNK) young professionals group, GenLNK, is excited to announce that the total funds raised for LuLu’s on N’s community food program, Loaves & Fishes, at their inaugural mini-golf tournament spring fundraiser on May 23 was $4,060.48! These funds will help Loaves & Fishes purchase hygiene items and food items that are not available from the food bank. A big thank you goes out to all the amazing sponsors and participants who made this possible. GenLNK is proud to report that they sold out all 18 hole sponsorships, filled all 18 team slots, and had three wonderful Title Sponsors: Flicker Promotions, Union Bank & Trust, and REALTOR® Jess Hustad of BancWise Realty. The competition was fierce, but one team came out on top. Congratulations to the first place team, made up by Jethro Hopkins, Jeff Kiple, Laurie Fraser, and Sara Reyes!
