PepperJax Grill (pepperjaxgrill.com) is thrilled to announce the grand reopening of its 2511 S 48th Street location. After a short period of closure, PepperJax Grill is once again ready to serve the vibrant community of Lincoln.

PepperJax Grill prides itself on its customizable meal options. Its customers choose their build, anything from Phillies, burritos and salads to rice bowls and nachos. Then, customers can choose from a variety of protein, veggies, toppings and sauces to make it their own!

This location is one of two PepperJax locations in the Lincoln community and opened five years ago. Now, with its doors reopened, it is eager to resume its tradition of delivering unforgettable dining experiences. The Lincoln 48th St. PepperJax prides itself on having a dual drive-thru line, offering its patrons even more convenience. It welcomes guests to indulge in the warm and inviting atmosphere of its interior dining area.

To celebrate PepperJax’s return and express gratitude to its community, they held a VIP Day on May 4. On this special occasion, all sales generated were generously donated to People’s City Mission as it is part of PepperJax’s mission to give back to the community.

“We are thrilled to reopen our doors and welcome back our loyal patrons,” said Brett Weis, CEO and Owner of PepperJax Grill. “Our team is committed to delivering the same exceptional dining experience that Lincoln has come to know and love.”

PepperJax Grill’s grand opening and ribbon cutting was held on Monday, May 6 at 11 a.m. To learn more on PepperJax’s catering services, menu or other locations, visit pepperjaxgrill.com.
