Lincoln Family Funeral Care owners Vicki Newman, Scot DeWitt, and Paul Seger hosted a Lincoln Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of their new facility, Colonial Chapel Funeral Home. Newman, DeWitt, and Seger purchased Colonial Chapel, formerly known as Wadlow Rozanek Funeral Home, on December 1, 2014. The funeral home was established by Cecil Wadlow in 1922 and has been a part of the Lincoln community ever since. Under new ownership the facility has been renamed Colonial Chapel. The ribbon cutting took place on May 12, 2015.
Colonial Chapel Funeral Home knows that families expect a high level of care. They know that each family is different and that no two services should be exactly the same. You should expect to have funeral service professionals that will really listen, and you should never feel that you are being taken advantage of at such an important time, as the funeral service is vital to the grieving experience. The Colonial Chapel team has created a comforting environment and is committed to offering you and your family a fair value with outstanding customer service.
Colonial Chapel offers a large, main floor chapel and reception area to accommodate family gatherings and receptions of all sizes. In the event that all guests cannot be seated in the chapel, additional seating can be provided with television screens for viewing of services.
