Nominations are available in the following categories:
Young Professional of the Year – This award recognizes an individual who is achieving a successful career in any industry, has made innovative contributions to their organization and has distinguished themselves as a future leader.
Young Citizen of the Year – This award recognizes extraordinary civic engagement, volunteerism and public service.
Young Entrepreneur of the Year – This award recognizes an individual whose entrepreneurial vision, innovation, courage and leadership has created a successful business or organization and has made a positive impact on the Lincoln community.
Young Nonprofit Professional of the Year – This award recognizes the outstanding efforts of an effective change maker in Lincoln’s nonprofit community.
Emerging Leader of the Year – This award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated exceptional initiative professionally, taken on leadership roles within the community and acted as a role model to those around them.
Next Generation Workplace – This award is presented to a local business committed to attracting, retaining and developing the young professional workforce.
Diversity and Inclusive Excellence – This award is presented to a local organization or individual that strengthens the Lincoln community by promoting the goals and vision of inclusive excellence and diversity through policies and practices.
