Local Toastmasters Chapter to Host Handling Hecklers Workshop December 11
The Greater Communicators Club 2114, a local Toastmasters (www.toastmasters.org) club, will host a Handling Hecklers workshop on December 11 from 6 to 7 p.m. at 3405 S 11th St. in Council Bluffs. Handling Hecklers is for anyone who would like to learn valuable skills in dealing with a difficult crowd or audience. The event is part of a four-part series that kicked off on November 20 with a workshop titled Listening to Understand. Subsequent installments of the series include Preparing Presentations on January 8 followed by Words that Win on February 12.
The Greater Communicators Club 2114 upholds the traditions of Toastmasters International in creating a safe and enjoyable place to learn, grow, and hone public speaking skills for work and pleasure.
