Professional Networking Group (PNG, pnglincoln.com) of Lincoln was thrilled to present Chariots4Hope with a check for $5,215 on June 7. These funds were raised through PNG’s annual Pass the Hat campaign. Every year, during the month of May, the local referral group encourages its members to donate to a selected charity at their bi-weekly chapter meetings. Chariots4Hope was picked as the 2023 beneficiary because of their unique and impactful work in the community.

“Chariots4Hope has a niche mission, and they are addressing a major need by helping people overcome transportation barriers,” said Brad Brodersen, president of PNG, at the all-chapters networking event where the big check was presented.

At the start of this year’s Pass the Hat fundraising campaign, Brad set a goal for all PNG chapters to collectively raise enough money so that Chariots4Hope could purchase one vehicle for an individual in need. When the funds were totaled, that goal was exceeded. PNG’s donation will allow Chariots4Hope to purchase two vehicles, which means that the lives of two people in Lincoln will be significantly changed.

Professional Networking Group of Lincoln currently has four chapters that meet every other week. The group culture is supportive, community-minded and makes it fun to do business, all without the use of a stopwatch. For more information, please visit pnglincoln.com.
