The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska (poncatribe-ne.org/services/health-services) held a ribbon cutting earlier this year in conjunction with the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce to mark the grand opening of their new health center in Lincoln, Ponca Health Services-Lincoln. The facility will provide centralized care for people of the Ponca Tribe as well as other Indigenous people who live in the local community and surrounding area. The health center will have a behavioral clinic, a health care clinic, a dental clinic, social workers, and a pharmacy on-site.

The mission of Ponca Health Services is to provide holistic, caring, family-centered, and culturally sensitive services through a quality clinical and educational approach to health care. They have three clinics with locations in Omaha, Norfolk, and Lincoln. All clinics offer medical, dental, and pharmacy services. The Lincoln clinic is located at 1600 Windhoek Dr., and can be reached at (531) 248-3030. Visit poncatribe-ne.org/services/health-services to learn more.
