PRG Joins Berkshire Hathaway, Expands into Omaha, Reveals Plans for New Lincoln Office
REALTOR Ben Bleicher, team lead of Professional Realty Group (PRG, www.PRG-NE.com), recently joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS). This new partnership takes the PRG team into the Omaha market and brings new team members on board. They will operate out of the BHHS Ambassador office in the Village Pointe Plaza, with more offices to come in the near future. This development has been two years in the making, as Ben and his team carefully ensured all of their bases were covered to protect their greatest assets: their loyal clients and dedicated agents.
PRG intends to begin moving into other cities and states, and to bridge partnerships with experienced agents from multiple brokerages and diverse backgrounds to better serve their clientele. Ben felt that Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is the Brokerage partner that will allow PRG to achieve these goals and take shape on a national level.
The PRG of BHHS team consists of Ben and Andrea Bleicher, Derek Kats, Danny Poethig, Amy Briggs, Mark Salak, David Kim, Carie Leyden, Matt Wieser, and Leane Loofe, along with staff members Brenda Carlson, Jen Pfeifer, and Marklyn Barbac.
In addition, BHHS plans to open up a central Lincoln office that will offer optimal visibility, workspace, and flow. There will also be changes in management and company structure that will be appealing to agents, staff, and clients.
