Tickets Now On Sale for Lied Center’s 30th Anniversary Season
The Lied Center for Performing Arts (LiedCenter.org) at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln has announced its 2019-20 30th Anniversary Season, anchored by a two-week showing of The Phantom of the Opera, October 23–November 3.
In celebration of 30 years as Nebraska’s Performing Arts Center, the Lied Center has booked a historic season featuring marquee artists in every art form, including opening with the GRAMMY® Award-winning St. Louis Symphony; Royal Winnipeg Ballet’s stunning Wizard of OZ; Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis; the legendary dancer and choreographer Bill T. Jones; top comedian Brian Regan; GRAMMY® and Gramophone Award-winning pianist Murray Perahia; Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood Live!; Broadway’s Kelli O’Hara; and the Boston Pops on Tour playing the music of John Williams, to name just a few.
Season and single tickets are now on sale for the Lied Center’s 2019-20 season. Patrons will receive a 10% discount for season ticket orders that include four to seven events. Orders of eight or more events will receive a 20% discount. Tickets, along with the full performance lineup, are available online at LiedCenter.org.
