WISB to Host Monthly Luncheon on May 9

The Women in Sales and Business (WISB) (www.wisblincoln.org) monthly meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 9 at The Venue in the NE/Lancaster Room at 4111 Pioneer Woods Drive, Lincoln, NE.

The speaker for the May luncheon will be KidGlov Founder and President Lyn Wineman. Lyn will discuss the importance and benefits of branding – one of her favorite topics! She is going to dispel the idea that branding is only for the big dogs.

Lyn is a marketing veteran with nearly 30 years of experience. She now leads a diverse team of passionate and talented professionals that help organizations advance their brands so they can command a higher price, ward off competitive threats and set the stage for a more positive internal culture.

Lyn has been inducted into the Lincoln Chapter of the American Marketing Association Hall of Fame and was recognized as Marketer of the Year. In 2016 she was recognized for entrepreneurship at the Inspire, Women in Leadership Awards and was awarded the Lincoln Advertising Federation’s Silver Medal in 2018.

The meeting starts with lunch at 11:30 a.m. with the meeting following from 11:55 a.m. until 1 p.m. Cost is $18 which includes lunch (cost is $10 if you only attend the meeting).
