Woodbury Corporation announced the opening of the Residence Inn by Marriott (marriott.com). Located at 850 R Street, the 122-room hotel is situated in Downtown Lincoln. It is also the closest hotel to the Memorial Stadium, and just one block from the Pinnacle Bank Arena.

Each hotel room is designed for longer stays and will have a kitchen, work area, free Wi-Fi and TV with streaming media. The hotel will have a fitness center, laundry, market, boardroom, valet parking and an outdoor patio with a firepit and barbecues. For food and beverages, the hotel will feature a hot breakfast buffet each morning. In the evenings, the hotel will also have a bar in the lobby with cocktails as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
