Culinary delights from around the globe will be the featured attractions at Samples of the World, a fundraiser for Good Neighbor Community Center. In its 3rd year, the event features dinner and desserts prepared by immigrant and refugee women on Thursday, October 6 at 6 p.m. at College View Seventh Day Adventist Church (4801 Prescott).
The highlight of the evening is a live auction where diners may bid on dinners created by one of the evening’s “chefs”.

Individual tickets are $35. Advanced ticket required due to limited space. Purchase your tickets online at www.GNCCLincoln.org or send a check for $35 per person to: Good Neighbor Community Center, Attn: Samples of the World, 2617 Y St., Lincoln, NE 68503

All proceeds will benefit the Good Neighbor Community Center. Since 1973, the organization has helped individuals in Lincoln with basic and emergencies needs of food, clothing and household items in a kind, understanding environment. Through culturally-sensitive services, individuals and families are empowered with positive, life-changing skills.
