In the past year, more than 1,000 individuals were able to access an array of mental health services at HopeSpoke. Programs include outpatient therapy for all ages, therapists based within Lincoln Public Schools, an Extended Day Treatment after-school program for youths ages 6-12, a Therapeutic Group Home for ages 13-18, and more.
“Mental health issues and trauma are hard for anyone to overcome,” says Executive Director Katie McLeese Stephenson, MSW. “HopeSpoke plays an invaluable role in inspiring children and adults to build the skills they need to move forward and be successful.”
Founded in 1949 to serve children in need of mental health treatment, HopeSpoke has expanded to serve individuals across the lifespan, from children and teens to families and adults. Thanks to community support, no one is turned away due to inability to pay for care. HopeSpoke’s mission is to inspire healthy futures for children and their families through comprehensive behavioral and mental health services.
