Husker Rehab in Nebraska City Receives NCTC Golden Apple Award
Husker Rehab (huskerrehab.com) in Nebraska City is excited to receive Nebraska City Tourism and Commerce’s (NCTC) Golden Apple Award for 2021.
NCTC started the Golden Apple Award in 2010. It is an award that recognizes and encourages best practices in customer service and is given to Nebraska City businesses or individuals who demonstrate outstanding customer service, flexibility, and personal attention to developing and maintaining relationships with customers and visitors.
Since opening their doors in 2017, Husker Rehab has made it a priority to provide outstanding customer service and to participate in local events. The nomination letter for Husker Rehab spotlighted Office Manager Janelle Gress and Tara Nanninga, M.P.T., as great representatives, saying they “go out of their way to promote Nebraska City when clients come into the office for a visit.” Both Janelle and Tara are active on NCTC committees and make sure to greet everyone with smiles on their faces.
