Kenl Inn Welcomes New Front Desk/Customer Relations Manager Caila Gans
Caila Gans has joined the Kenl Inn (www.kenl-inn.com) team as the front desk/customer relations manager. In her new position, Caila will coordinate the front office activities and resolve issues arising from customer inquiries and requests; effectively present information and respond to questions from other managers, staff, customers, and the general public; ensure the staff schedule coordinates between other departments to keep the workloads balanced; and supervise control of both company and client financial records. Caila has been a part of the team since November 2021.
A Lincoln native, Caila graduated from Lincoln East High School in 2017 and is currently taking night classes as she works towards a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Caila’s previous experience includes seven years in childcare and four years as the beauty department lead at Target. When she is not working, she enjoys cooking, baking, hiking, and loving on her dogs. Caila is currently looking to adopt a new fur baby to her family – as she puts it, “How can I not when I work here?”
