Kiwanis is having its second annual mini golf tournament on Saturday, September 24th at the Adventure Golf Center located on 56th and Old Cheney Road. Registration for the event begins at 9:30 am while the tournament starts at 10 am. Participants play 18 holes, receive a raffle ticket as well as snacks for $10 per adult and $5 for children 12 and under. The event is open to the public and anyone who has an appetite for competition.
The proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Food Bank of Lincoln Backpack Program and other child-based projects.
To support this organization businesses can become a PGA hole sponsor. For $100 company sponsors will be prominently displayed at one of the 36 holes, as well as receive four player tickets. Additional donations are appreciated, including: services, prizes, auction items and gift certificates.
