Event to be held on Thursday, May 5, 2011. KVC looks forward to building a relationship with restaurants in Lincoln and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity to sign up your restaurant to help children in KVC foster care. Participating restaurants will agree to donate up to 25% of proceeds from May 5, 2011.
May is National Foster Care Month, so by choosing to dine out at a participating restaurant on May 5, a portion of your bill will go directly to support children in KVC foster care in our community and will also help raise awareness and resources. KVC believes that children grow best in families, and when children cannot safely reside in their own home, foster families are there to open their hearts and homes.
A list of participating restaurants in the Lincoln and surrounding areas will be available soon on www.kvc.org.
