Right Foot Forward Fitness Introduces New Hybrid Coaching Program

As of this month, Right Foot Forward Fitness (www.rightfootforwardfitness.com) has introduced a new hybrid coaching program called Individual Design. This new program provides personal training that is both more comprehensive and more economical from both a time and money standpoint. Depending on the individual, the program requires in-person visits to the gym, either once per week or twice per month, and an individually customized online coaching and training platform. It also includes nutritional support, from sample recipes to tracking of macros.

Right Foot Forward Fitness Owner Jeff Madsen is tremendously excited about this new program! Jeff and his team will be able to have daily online interaction with clients, and clients will be able to track history and personal metrics so they can make rapid progress towards achieving their goals.
