The Waterford Communities Assisted Living & Memory Care is proud to announce that they will join with Aging Partners to sponsor the 2nd Annual Live Long! Age Strong! Walk On! event, a one mile walk that will take place on May 16th at the Union College campus, located at 3800 S. 48th Street.  Participants will meet at the Clock Tower, and in case of rain, the walk will be held in the gymnasium.  Check-in begins at 8 am and the walk will begin at 9 am.  May is Older Americans Month, and this event celebrates the strength and vitality of older Americans and encourages healthy lifestyles.  The walk is open to all ages and there is no charge to participate.  Registration forms are available online at http://aging.lincoln.ne.gov/ or call (402) 441-6156 for more information.
