Lincoln Human Resource Management Association (LHRMA, LincolnHR.org) is pleased to announce that they have officially become LincolnHR as of May 9. For several years, the LHRMA board has been working to refresh the brand and continue to innovate as they serve the Lincoln community.

For over 70 years, the Lincoln Human Resource Management Association (LHRMA) has been in existence. Their mission has been to be the resource on people management by:

  1. Connecting professionals to solve everyday problems
  2. Providing quality education
  3. Collaborate with community leaders
  4. Foster diversity and inclusion efforts
  5. Lead change in the industry

LHRMA’s vision has been to be the go-to resource on people management for the community in which we live. LHRMA has been a valuable resource for many in the human resource profession and will continue to do so for many years to come. The change to LincolnHR helps the organization become easily identifiable and furthers their goals to serve and support the human resources profession.

The mission of LincolnHR, previously Lincoln Human Resource Management Association, is to provide for the interchange of ideas, experiences and methods concerning the relationships between management and employees, and to provide professional ethics and acquaintanceship among those involved in professional human resource management.
