The community, including friends and former clients of MilkWorks, is invited to help celebrate MilkWorks 10th Birthday on Saturday, July 16 from 9 a.m. to Noon at Prairie Hill Learning Center (17705 S. 12th St., Roca, NE). Tickets are $10 per family.

Parents, grandparents and children will enjoy performances by Curt Bright from the String Beans; Jim King, Children’s Sing Along; Prairie Hill violin students and more. Ticket price includes outdoor activities, face painting, music and healthy snacks. Pony rides and Ivanna Cone ice cream also available for an additional price.

A raffle will be conducted to raise funds for MilkWorks. Participants can purchase a chance to win a Strider bike from Bike Pedalers, a custom pastel painting by artist Tom Meyers, a Baby Jogger Fit stroller from babyworks, the boutique at MilkWorks and an overnight package from the Lied Lodge and Conference Center at Arbor Day Farm.

Stop by MilkWorks at 5930 South 58th Street in the Trade Center or call (402) 423-6402 to purchase a family ticket ($10). In the event of rain, the festival will be moved to Sunday July 17, from 1 -4pm.
