minnow PROJECT is pleased to announce Tracy Munoz has been hired as Vice President of Operations. Her duties include the daily operations of the agency to account management and media, including digital and social media.

Tracy has been actively involved in AAF Lincoln since 1999.  She has won numerous awards on the local, regional and national level.  She also co-founded the club’s leading fundraiser, Winterfest Ales & Auction, which celebrated its 10th year in January.  Tracy’s infectious leadership skills lead the club to a national Club of the Year title in 2007 while also being named President of the Year that same year.  At the 2011 Nebraska ADDY Awards in February, Tracy was awarded the distinguished Silver Medal Award in recognition of her outstanding contributions to her profession, her pursuit of creative excellence, and her responsibility to mentoring in the community.

Established in 2004, the minnow PROJECT is a full-service advertising agency located in Lincoln’s Historic Haymarket District. the minnow PROJECT evolved from a respected service bureau, Graphics Plus, with nearly 20 years of film and pre-press production experience prior to transitioning into an ad agency.
