NHDA Announces Carol Bodeen as New Director of Policy and Outreach
The Nebraska Housing Developers Association (NHDA, housingdevelopers.org) announces Carol Bodeen as new director of policy and outreach. She will begin her job duties full time on Monday, January 3. Bodeen joined NHDA after serving five years with Lincoln County Community Development, a nonprofit affordable housing development organization in North Platte, NE, and served as their executive director. In addition, Bodeen brings experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, economic development, and banking.
“I’m excited to bring my skills and experience to NHDA in a position that will allow me to continue my passion for affordable housing and also have the opportunity to take it to another level with a more statewide impact,” said Bodeen. She is thrilled to return to Lincoln after serving the North Platte community for more than 20 years.
Established in 1996, the Nebraska Housing Developers Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that boasts a membership of over 70 organizations working to strengthen the state’s economic vitality by making safe, affordable housing available to all Nebraskans.
