Hampton Enterprises has been chosen to design and develop a new office building for Nebraska Municipal Power Pool Energy/Municipal Energy Agency of Nebraska. NMPP Energy/MEAN and its 52 employees are relocating from their current home at 1111 O St. to GlynOaks Plaza, Hampton’s newest commercial development at So. 84th St. and GlynOaks Drive in southeast Lincoln.

Construction on the two-story, 27,000-square-foot facility began in October and completion is slated for July 2012. BVH Architects is designing the project for Hampton.
